A mishmash of backgrounds and nationalities; that is the joyous chaos called Lo Poloko. The group of Mexican, Chilean, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian musicians met in Rotterdam after which they set out to find the perfect mix between cumbia, balkan, dub and everything party. The result became Big Latin Bang, as the band itself describes the music. Debut album “Living La Covida Loca” will be released this year and is a look back at the bizarre times that are behind us.

The band is super energetic, grooves like a motherfucker and has just enough hoots and toots to bring everyone to ecstasy. So ¡àndale! hit the dance floor and dance like it’s the end of the world, because with Lo Poloko, that’s all that matters.
